The 3DXL isn't just a bigger bucket. It fundamentally changed how the Peak Pro functions by eliminating the device's biggest historic limitation: reclaim splashback from pulling too hard.
The XL Joystick Advantage: The extended joystick cap creates completely different airflow dynamics, pushing the concentrate into the lower sidewalls where the 3D heating elements are actually embedded.

Maintenance Guide: Keeping the XL Clean
Because you can load much larger amounts into the 3DXL, residue can build up if it isn't handled correctly. Use this sequence to keep it running perfectly.
Never let the oil cool completely and harden. Use a tightly wound cotton swab to wipe out the remaining liquid pool while the chamber is still warm (around 150-200°F).
If you see a dark ring forming on the lower walls where the heating traces sit, dip a fresh swab in 99% Isopropyl alcohol or a specialized cleaner. Clean the walls while warm, but not piping hot.
Submerge the entire unscrewed chamber into a bath of 99% Isopropyl Alcohol for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not use 70% ISO, as the water content can damage the internal wiring.
Let the chamber air dry completely for at least 15 minutes before screwing it back onto the Peak Pro base. Firing a wet chamber can permanently short out the connection.
Pro Tip for App Users: Once you connect the 3DXL, make sure to open the Puffco App and toggle the Vapor Control setting to "XL." This unlocks a higher ceiling for firmware-regulated heating, matching the increased surface area of the massive bucket.
