One Vapor Ave is not responsible for lost mail due to invalid shipping addresses.
All packages will require a signature at time of delivery.
If you believe your packages are at risk of being stolen or lost, we advise using taking all necessary precautions with deliveries. We highly advise signing up for tools and programs available by the shipping couriers.
One Vapor Ave reserves the right to change the shipping method/requested services depending on quantity of ordered items or if the ship-to address is not serviceable by the requested shipping courier.
By purchasing the order you are verifying the shipping address is correct. If any address change is needed, they must be communicated prior to your order being processed for shipping. Please reach us at support@onevaporave.com and subject any address issues/changes as "Address Update" prior to fulfillment of your order. Changes may be available after fulfillment, but additional costs incurred would be at the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times are subject to immediate Customs Clearance for all International Orders. Orders that are shipped internationally are subject to Customs Clearance which One Vapor Ave is not responsible for. Customers must know their maximum allow limit of goods per shipment if shipping internationally if they are restricted and One Vapor Ave is not responsible if shipments face Customs clearance issues due to going over this limit. Refunds or reshipment will only be submitted once the package is back into One Vapor Ave's possession.
Free and/or expedited shipping offers are not available for international orders. These offers only eligible for orders being shipped domestically to the United States.
International orders are subject to VAT or Taxes and Duties fees at the responsibility of the customer. The prices are not calculated at time of checkout and the customer will be notified by the shipping courier what these charges are before/during/after package delivery. These charges are not included in any shipping charges and are not included in the pricing of our products. If shipments are refused by customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to One Vapor Ave (up to $120 for international shipments).
One Vapor Ave is not responsible for shipments that are seized or destroyed by customs for international shipments.
International orders normally arrive within their stated time frame, however depending on the locality that the shipment is being sent to, you may experience a longer shipping time than stated.
Please note carriers may not deliver directly to PO Boxes or parcel lockers internationally. If an order to sent to a PO Box or parcel locker, there is a possibility of delay/lose of mail though we will do our best to ensure delivery.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day if there are no processing delays. Orders placed after this period will be shipped the next day business day. One Vapor Ave does not process/fulfill orders during weekends under normal circumstances.
All shipments leave our facility in the evening and therefore the day the order is shipped cannot be included in the shipping delivery time.
Orders are eligible for a refund minus shipping cost and a $20 restocking fee once they are returned back to One Vapor Ave.
